Orange Red Biotek Pigment is a PMU corrector and neutralizer for dark pigmentation on lips.
If your client has very dark pigmentation on the lips, you need to neutralize it first. Apply Orange red pure, in shading movement, in all the dark areas and then, in the same session, cover everything with your chosen lip pigment.
