Phi Foam Cleanser Mousse is a universal cleanser for cleaning the skin before or after microblading, PMU, tattooing, microneedling, and similar treatments. Also suitable for cleaning the lashes.

HOW TO USE
Apply a small amount of cleanser mousse onto the desired area. Rub gently with a microbrush applicator or gloved finger. Wipe off with a cotton round or PhiWipes.
