Perma Blend Yellow Belly Toner Pigment is an yellow pigment toner used to neutralize blue/purple brow tones. Free of Titanium Dioxide.

Never mix Perma Blend pigments with water or other thinning agents. Use only Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions to change consistency.
