When Will I Receive My Order?
From the time your order is placed to the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider: order fulfillment time and shipping time. Order fulfillment is separate from shipping time.
Standard order fulfillment time is 24-72 business hours (orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays). Your order delivery date may be impacted by major U.S. holidays and government social distancing regulations. Once your order has been fulfilled and the package has left our building, then your shipping method will take effect and you will receive your shipping information. Once UPS has shipped the item, they will email you a tracking number.
NOTE: PMUHub only sells to verified professionals. Orders may be held for verification purposes.
You have several shipping options through UPS, both domestic and international:
Domestic Estimated Delivery by Shipping Option
- UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days
- UPS 3-Day Select: 3 Business Days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day (next day from date of mailing, not from the date the order was placed)
International Shipping Delivery Estimates
- UPS Standard: 8-14 Business Days
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 Business Days
- UPS Worldwide Express: 1-3 Business Days
NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PMUHub is not responsible for these charges if they are applied – they are your responsibility as the customer.
NOTE: Before placing an order, make sure that you are able to import the purchased products into your country. If you need any extra documentation, email us at [email protected]. Note also that different restrictions in terms of using the products are in effect in different jurisdictions.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
PMUHub is not responsible for failure to deliver a package as a result of the customer providing incorrect shipping information (address or other information) upon checkout. The customer must provide correct, clear, and up-to-date shipping information.
As soon as the package is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address the customer had provided in checkout. The tracking number enables the customer to check the status of the package.
Once the package is handed over to the courier company, PMUHub is no longer responsible for it. PMUHub is thus not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship wherever UPS International ships.
Can You Ship to P.O. Boxes?
Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Can the Billing or Shipping Address of My Order Be Changed?
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot amend the shipping address. You can request a redirection of your order by contacting the courier service directly. Note that additional charges may apply.

In the case of international orders, note that once an order has been processed through customs, an amendment is no longer possible.
I Did Not Receive My Order Tracking Information, What Should I Do?
If you did not receive the tracking information for your order, please check the spam and promotion folders in your inbox. If it is not there, please contact [email protected].
