The Phi Lashes Lifting Neutralising Lotion now comes in convenient sachets of 0.05 fl oz.
Designed for professional use only, the Neutralising Lotion is used as step 2 during a Lashes Lifting treatment to set the lashes and fix them into the desired shape. The special formula keeps individual hairs separated. It is enriched with panthenol that gives the lashes a glossy look, and vitamins A, E, and C.

HOW TO USE
Apply a thin layer of the lotion onto 1/3 to a maximum 1/2 of the lash length, leaving the tips lotion-free, moving from the outer end of the lash line towards the inner end with a micro applicator.
The application time depends on the properties of the client's lashes:
- Very thin, thin or colored lashes: 5 minutes.
- Healthy, thick lashes: 6 minutes
Remove the lotion with a cotton swab without touching the tips of the lashes.
Caution: Do not apply the product to the tips of the lashes. The tips are much thinner and the lotion may burn them.
The product is liquid - apply with caution.
