The Neutralizer Lip Color Correction Set provides all you need for cool-toned and dark lip neutralization.
Neutralizer - warm orange formulated for correcting light to medium dark lips with pinkish and bluish tones. Use it on its own, or mix with the target color 1:1.
Illume - golden, opaque yellow with a warm undertone for correcting lips with deep dark purplish tones. Use alone, or mix with the target color 1:1. It can be used for lips, eyebrows, or areola tattoos.
Colorizer - bright red with a cool undertone. Mix it with the target color to enhance pink tones upon healing. Can be added to black eyeliner pigment to prevent blue fading.
NOTE: This product is not EU REACH compliant. Color may differ slightly from the images shown on our website.
HOW TO USE
• Store at room temperature, in a dry place, and out of direct sunlight.
• Handle containers with fresh-from-the-box single-use gloved hands.
• Shake before use.
• Make sure the lid is securely sealed and properly stored after use.
• Use only Perma Blend Shading Solutions to change consistency.
• Pigment expires 12 months after opening.
• Unopened pigment expires after 3.5 years.
• Spot testing is recommended before full application.
• Don't use on pregnant and breastfeeding women.
• For professional use only.
