The PhiFoil for Lips and Brows is a thin, lightweight sheet that maximizes the effects of the topical anesthetic.
Apply a numbing cream onto the area that will be treated – eyebrows or lips. Cover the area with a sheet of PhiFoil. Remove once the numbing effect is achieved.
