No discount was applied to other products during transaction. When receding an email with a promotion for the exact items i ordered just a few days before, customer service would not retro refund the difference.

I stopped purchasing my supplies through a different reputable and popular vendor last year as I had a horrible customer service experience with a lost package. Recently I ordered from PMU Hub and had my package sit idle in a major city for serval days. I reached out to PMU Hub customer support to see how they might be able to help either get the package moving or refund me so I could repurchase. They responded immediately, let me know that they would reach out to ups to see what’s going on and would also ship me a new order that day so I didn’t have to wait on my supplies. Every interaction I’ve had since has been quick and resolute. I will continue to purchase here and will recommend other industry professionals do the same!

PMUHUB is fantastic!!!! You can order directly through Instagram or on their website and the shipping is lightning fast ! The staff are amazing- I had given them a call didn’t even leave a message and in less than 5 mins I got a call back from them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
